High Society

Nicknamed such for its high class institutions and residents, the westernmost section of Blackburn is home to a plethora of prime real estate. Located within this area, which is only perhaps 25 square miles in area, are the estates of the most prominently wealthy, the Birch Banner Amusement Park, numerous highly competitive luxury hotels and Clearwater High, which is amongst the most prestigious private schools in America. This area is often frequented by just about everyone in town over the spring and summer, mostly because of the Birch Banner, as well as its monopoly on beach territory.

Middletown

This section of Blackburn is what takes up the majority of space, and is an urban to semi-urban area much akin to famous sections of New York. It is home to Blackburn National Park, which simultaneously a park and a wildlife reservation. It is also home to the mysterious yet still populated Sunset High School, which is a highly regarded establishment of learning prone to many odd rumors, ranging from the mundane to the spooky. This is also the section of town where the most businesses run, including mainstream grocery stores and restaurants, and small, more locally run businesses. Often called 'the Heart of Blackburn' in news reports.

Low-Key City

This section of Blackburn is known by locals as Low-Key City, due to the combined nature of needing to maintain a low profile while walking its streets, and the fact that it looks like a totally different city from the rest Blackburn. This location is a run-down ghetto, complete with dilapidated housing, defaced property just about anywhere you look, and people who are as tough as the location they're living. This location has been under the control of a local gang of angry youths known as 'The Vipers' for many years, and they've been making sure this section town has been staying like it is.

Thundering Timberland

The forest outside of Blackburn to the southeast is an intensely lush area which is home to many forms of wildlife, as well as numerous retired city folk who wanted to stay within shopping range, living in furnished log cabins. One of the only highways into and out of town travels at least 40 miles through this forest in a straight line. It is known by the locals and some tourists as the Thundering Timberland, because vastly loud noises are heard while in the forest on occasion, like ancient gods are waging wars.
